Initial Setup of email campaign $390.00 (one off cost)
Includes:

• Design of initial one page html template for email broadcasts (Also covers the conversion of client supplied templates)
• Setup of database including merge fields and segmenting

Broadcasting of email campaign $245.00 (per campaign)
Includes:

• Addition/ update of copy and images to master template (all copy need to be supplied)
• Broadcast of one campaign to established database
• Additional linked pages from main newsletter are charged additional at $75 ex GST per page.

Individual Item Rates

• re-Broadcast of unchanged newsletter $125.00
• Design or conversion of html newsletter: $315.00
• Setup of database from client supplied email list: $ 75.00
• Individual / additional broadcast reports: $ 45.00

Notes

• All email addresses need to be supplied in the following formats without stray characters such as [, ' " ; :]
• Excel spreadsheet
• CSV file (comma delimited)
• Comma delimited text file
